Program Description
Strong Starts is designed for children ages 5 to 9 and focuses on developing fundamental movement skills, through age appropriate activities, games, and exercises. Throughout the session, children will learn proper movement mechanics while improving balance, agility, coordination, and overall fitness. Our goal is to create a positive environment where every child feels successful, challenged, and excited to participate.
